Pinang Peranakan Museum, Georgetown, Penang.
Hi! We're two childhood friends and these are our photographs from trips we've been on. We're not professional photographers but we'll give you the best of what we have! Enjoy!
Oh and you should check out our Archives!
Desiree's Lynette's Talk to us!!:)
I was leaning against a tree when I saw this little buddy beside me.
Penang National Park, Penang, Malaysia
Taken June 2004 at Yellowstone National Park. We were waiting for Old Faithful and she did not disappoint.
The people looking at the camera are my parents’ friends (to the left) and my mom, uncle and aunt (to the right). Boyish looking kid in the middle is yours truly. Hooded guy behind ruining the photo. Haha.
KTM Train, en route to Malaysia.
We were in an air-conditioned cabin with dirty windows and I felt like I couldn’t fully experience train travel without feeling the wind in my face. I also wanted to see the sights along the way without a dirty glass in between.
And thus, I began my own mini adventure, on the search for an open window.
That’s my mom by the way.
Tanjong Pagar Railway Station, Singapore.
And so our 2D1N trip to Malacca begins. It was a tour package organized by some club that my mother was a member of. I am not a fan of tour packages but this one entailed a train ride from Tanjong Pagar Railway Station to Tampin.
The railway station will cease operations on July 1st and considering that I had only taken the train once and can barely remember it(I was a kid then) I jumped on this opportunity.
The TPRS is 79 years old and is set to become Singapore’s 64th national monument.
I can’t believe we still have followers!
I wish I had something for this Tumblr. I wish I had new travel photos to share. Sighhhhhhhhhh. I’ll be back with new stuff sooooon! I’ll figure out what else to put up. I’m surprised we didn’t lose all our followers over the past months. Haha. Thank you!
